Versa Notice

Important: The German version of this document is legally binding under Austrian law, irrespective of the reader's jurisdiction (Versa Training GmbH is an Austrian company). This English version is an informational translation provided for convenience only. EU consumer protections of your country of residence apply regardless of this binding-language clause (Rome I Regulation, Art. 6(2)). In case of conflict between the German and English texts, the German text governs.

Versa is a conversation-training platform where you can have practice conversations and receive formative feedback. Versa processes your data mainly on behalf of the company or organisation you use Versa for.

What we record

  • Transcripts of the conversations and, if you wish, audio recordings.
  • We use these to create your feedback (your scores and tips).

Improving the product

  • We collect pseudonymous usage data: which pages and features you use.
  • It helps us see what works and what to improve. We never use it to evaluate you.
  • You can turn this off any time under Profile → Preferences.

Improving the conversation experience

  • When you give us feedback, we use your feedback and the context of your conversation to improve the AI.
  • This makes the training experience better for you and others over time.
  • You can turn this off at any time in your data settings. Your own practice conversations work exactly the same either way.

Rules for using Versa

To keep Versa safe and useful for everyone, when you practise:

  • Don't enter real sensitive data: no real patient or health data, no special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR), no real credentials or financial data, and no third-party copyrighted material you don't hold the rights to.
  • Don't misuse the platform: no unauthorised access, no interfering with security or availability, no automated scraping, no reverse-engineering the AI models, no reselling your access, no harassing others, and no malware.
  • Use it only as a training tool: Versa is a learning and practice tool. Don't rely on it alone for medical, legally binding or other far-reaching decisions, and don't use it in safety-critical or high-risk systems.

Breaking these rules can lead to your access being suspended or terminated.
